  • What are the checkin and checkout time?
    Check-in 4 pm and Checkout 10 am. If you need to do it at a different time, please contact us beforehand and whenever availability allows, we will authorize it.
  • What other services do you offer?
    Car rental, Private transportation, Tours and excursions, Cleaning and Laundry service, Masseuse and Private chef, through reliable suppliers.
  • Do you book direct outside the online platforms?
    Yes, through this website you can choose the property and pay for your stay.
  • What are the benefits of Direct Booking?
    You do not pay fees to the platforms. We sign a Lease Contract and request a Security Deposit that is 100% refundable within a maximum period of 72 hours after checkout.
  • Do you Invoice?
    Yes, we make Invoices with all current tax requirements.
