Method of Payment

To confirm a reservation on our website, you will be asked to pay 50% by credit card.

The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 14 days before arrival, on the same credit card with which you made the first 50% payment.

If you book less than 14 days before your arrival, our website will ask you to pay 100% by bank card.

At the moment of reservation, a Security Deposit will be deducted from your credit card for an amount depending on the Property. It will be automatically refunded 7 days after your departure if no damage or missing items have been reported.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for reservations made on our website is 30 days.

For reservations cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date, a refund of the amount paid at the time of reservation is granted, except for the commission charged by the payment gateway (stripe.com), which is:

1.5% + 0.25 EUR, on refunds made to a VISA or MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires and UnionPay consumer cards from a EU country + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

1.9% + 0.25 EUR on refunds made to a commercial, corporate or company card VISA or MasterCard from an EU country + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

2.5% + 0.25 EUR on refunds made to the UK.

3.25% + 0.25 EUR on refunds made to any other country not mentioned above.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be granted.
